Chief of Sales and Marketing, Storage Division
Heilala Linnell is the Chief of Sales and Marketing for the Storage Division at Big Ben’s Moving & Storage. She leads with a strong focus on customer experience, storage growth, and long-term customer retention.
Born in Tonga and raised in Juneau, Alaska, Heilala grew up as one of eight siblings. Because of that, family and community have always played an important role in her life.
After studying at Utah Valley University, Heilala decided to trade the snow for the sunshine. She moved to St. George, Utah, and many of her family members later made the move as well. As a result, Southern Utah became a special place for her to call home.
Building a Life in Southern Utah
In 2025, Heilala married her husband, Jason. She considers him her greatest blessing and biggest supporter.
Together, they have chosen to plant their roots in St. George. Today, they are building their future in the same community where Heilala continues to grow personally and professionally.
Her Role at Big Ben’s
Heilala began her career at Big Ben’s Moving & Storage as a Customer Service Representative. Over time, she worked her way into an executive leadership role within the storage division.
Today, Heilala Linnell leads sales and marketing efforts for storage. Her work focuses on improving the customer experience, increasing occupancy, and strengthening customer retention across multiple facilities.

Heilala works closely with the sales team to make sure every customer receives clear communication, timely support, and a seamless experience. From the first inquiry through move-in, she helps create a process that feels simple and organized.
In addition, she focuses on reducing customer friction and building efficient systems. Her goal is to make the storage process simple, secure, and stress-free for every customer.
