Ben Gottfredson didn’t just build a moving company, he grew up in one. Starting out hauling furniture at a young age, Ben developed a ground-level understanding of what a great move actually looks like: organized, efficient, and stress-free from start to finish. That hands-on foundation is what drives every decision he makes at Big Ben’s Moving & Storage today.
With over a decade of experience in the moving and storage industry, Ben has worked every angle of the business, from riding trucks on moving day to coordinating large-scale commercial relocations across Utah. He’s built expertise in route planning, job costing, crew training, and scaling service operations, giving him a complete picture of what it takes to deliver a consistently excellent customer experience.
As Founder and Owner, Ben leads the vision and day-to-day operations of Big Ben’s Moving & Storage, serving Washington County, Iron County, Utah County, Salt Lake County, and beyond. He oversees moving logistics, builds and trains high-performing crews, and stays personally invested in making sure every customer, whether moving a studio apartment or a full office, gets the same 5-star experience.
